Report Illegal Content
Zero tolerance for illegal content
DesiSexGram does not host adult media, but if you see anything on this Site that you believe is illegal — or if you encounter illegal content on a platform we have linked to — please report it. We act fast on illegal content and cooperate with law enforcement.
What counts as illegal content
The following are treated as the highest-priority reports:
- Any content involving anyone under 18 (CSAM / child sexual abuse material)
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
- Trafficking, coercion, or exploitation
- Threats of violence
- Illegal goods or services being advertised
- Content depicting torture, abuse, or harm
- Identity theft material or content used in financial fraud
How to report to DesiSexGram
If the content is on this Site or referenced by this Site:
Report email
Email: herrvalentinepereira@gmail.com
Subject line: Illegal Content Report — [type of content]
Please include: URL, description of the content, why you believe it is illegal, and (optionally) your contact info if you want a response. Anonymous reports are accepted and acted on.
Please also report serious crimes directly to authorities
Some types of content require parallel reporting to specialised authorities. They have the legal power to investigate and prosecute. Reporting to us alone is not enough for these crimes.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

- NCMEC (US-based, accepts global reports): report.cybertip.org
- Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) — UK / Global: iwf.org.uk/report
- INHOPE — Global hotline network: inhope.org
- Germany — BKA (Bundeskriminalamt): bka.de or local police (110)
- India — National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: cybercrime.gov.in

Non-consensual intimate imagery
See our dedicated NCII Removal page for fast removal and victim support organisations.
Immediate danger
If someone is in immediate physical danger, call local emergency services. Germany: 110 (police) / 112 (medical). UK: 999. US: 911. India: 112.
Our response process
When we receive an illegal content report:
- We acknowledge receipt (usually within 24 hours)
- We review the report. For CSAM and similar most-serious content, we act immediately — usually within hours — and preserve evidence for law enforcement
- For other illegal content categories, we review and act within a reasonable timeframe — typically 1–3 business days
- If the content is verified as illegal, we remove it and (where appropriate) report to authorities
- We retain reports and any associated evidence for the period required by law to support investigations
Cooperation with law enforcement
We cooperate fully with law enforcement requests from competent authorities in Germany, the EU, and other jurisdictions where legally appropriate. We preserve evidence in response to valid preservation requests and respond to lawful production orders.
What we cannot do
We have no control over third-party platforms linked from this Site. If you see illegal content on a platform we link to, please report it to that platform and to the appropriate authority listed above. We will also act on our end by removing the link from our directory.
False reports
Filing a knowingly false report of illegal content may itself be an offence under defamation and abusive-process laws. We may decline action on reports that are evidently fraudulent. However, our default is to investigate seriously — we would rather act in error and reinstate content than leave illegal content visible while we deliberate.
