DesiSexGram respects intellectual property rights. We do not host adult media, but if you believe any content on this Site — including editorial text, images, or links — infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent provisions under EU and German copyright law.

How to submit a copyright takedown notice

To be considered valid, your notice must include all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorised agent)
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed — including title, URL where the original appears (if applicable), and any registration details
3. The specific URL(s) on this Site where the alleged infringement appears (this is essential — without it we cannot act)
4. Your contact information: full name, postal address, email, and telephone number
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Response time

We aim to review and respond to valid copyright notices within 7 business days. If the claim is verified, the infringing content will be removed or disabled promptly. We will notify the affected party (if known and reachable) of the takedown.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with:

1. Your signature
2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, postal address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you reside (or, if outside the US, the Munich courts in Germany), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice

Repeat infringers

DesiSexGram does not host user-generated content, so the concept of “repeat infringer accounts” does not apply in the typical sense. However, where editorial content is removed for copyright reasons, we will not republish substantively identical material.

False or abusive notices

Submitting a knowingly false or abusive copyright notice may expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), § 97a of the German Copyright Act (UrhG) for legal costs, and equivalent provisions under EU law. We may decline to act on notices that are vexatious, malformed, or evidently fraudulent.

What we cannot do

We can only remove content that exists on DesiSexGram. We do not have any control over third-party platforms linked from our Site. If you find your copyrighted work hosted on a third-party platform (for example, OnlyFans, Chaturbate, or any adult tube site), you must submit your DMCA notice to that platform directly — not to us. Every legitimate adult platform has its own copyright contact process.
